Where does
she learn this stuff? That’s what I’ve been thinking the few days.
Ellie has dropped “You need to be more focused” while I was changing her
diaper. She used the step-stool in the kitchen to stand on and say
“Ladies and Gentlemen...” with some babble afterwards that I’m not sure
of. She also had a “that disgusting” for something. Not sure where
she’s getting it from, but it sure is amusing.
On another note, Katelyn didn’t get
the 49er gig. We got a call last week from them saying they picked some
others, so we’ll have to see who the winners are come this fall.
The 2nd annual Kleinheinz family
reunion was this past weekend, and it was a lot of fun. Bill Kleinheinz
hosted the party up in Hillsborough. He’s got a great pool with a
waterfall that Ellie, Hannah and Freddy all enjoyed. And from his front
porch you could see the whole city of SF, Treasure Island, the planes
taking off from SFO, it was pretty cool.
As if
things aren’t busy now, I’m thinking they may get real busy in the
coming weeks. Steph is taking off to a work conference in Washington DC
for a week, so it’s just going to be me and Ellie....that should be
interesting.
