Well, it didn't take long to hit a mild speed bump.
Behind the old laundry room was a cinder brick and it's leaning. So, what were the options.
Option A - Leave it and hope nothing happens.
Option B - Since the demo crew was already on site pay to have it removed and hauled off and have a new fence built.
Option C - Leave it, have it lean or fall more during construction and have to have a crew come out and remove it. Just not with as much space as they currently have.
So we went with Option B, another few hours of the demo crew's time, a little bit of an unexpected coast, then a new fence. But when it's done, we actually pick up a 6-8 inches of space and don't have to worry about doing anything with it in the future.
