Softball and Hockey? Sure

Rob Stone reached out to the San Jose Barracuda, minor league team to the San Jose Sharks, about doing a group outing for our Santa Clara PAL Softball league. And it was a great time.

It was the Teddy Bear toss game for the Barracuda. So after the first Barracuda goal 100s of stuffed animals sailed onto the ice, which all the girls, and brothers, got a chance to take part it.

Then, between the 2nd and 3rd periods, the girls got to go down into the tunnel, to high five the players as they went back onto the ice.

And to cap it off, the Barracuda won the game 4-3 in overtime.

A fun night all the way around.
