For Christmas Steph got me an Ancestry.com kit. And the results are in.
Obviously, the French part is interesting, although not shocking considering I’ve always been told I was German, Italian with some Irish and English. Pretty much everything surrounding France.
Along with the ethnicity, I was able to start building the family tree, and use my Aunt Cathy’s already built tree, which goes back to the early 1700s. All VERY interesting!
A few more branches and I’m sure I’ll be able to prove I’m in line for the throne somewhere in Europe. HA
